Usage:
1. Connect to the power, preheat for 3-5 minutes.
2. Push down and fix the pump, point the nozzle at the welding spot, after the soldering tin melts, press the push button, then soldering tin can be sucked into the pump.
3. File off any dirt,rust or paint on the part you wish to solder
4. Heat the part with the soldering iron.
5. Apply resin -based solder to the part and melt with soldering iron.
(Note:When using non-resin-based solder,be sure to apply a solder paste to the part before applying the solder.)
6. Wait for the solder to cool and hardern before moving the soldered part.
7. When removing the pump, push down the pump top, pull the pump open from the the handle at the same time,then the pump can be separated out. When removing the nozzle, turn the nozzle counterclockwise, then the nozzle can be removed.
Caution:
1. Handle the heated soldering iron with extreme. Care, as the high temperature of the iron can cause fires or painful burns.
2. The first time you use the soldering iron,it may smoke slightly as the heating element dries out, this is normal and should only last for approx. 10 minutes.
3. Never file the specially-plated tip.
4. This product should be used with socket attached with ground point as it has grounding wire. Please note this for the sake of safety.
5. It is forbidden to install and remove the electric parts when the solder sucker is electrified.
