This product is a home use punch bag, you need to fill up the punch bag first, please do not fill it with sand only to ensure your safety. You can fill it with waste,cloth, bed sheet cotton and other soft materials.

Warm Tips:

1.Please do not fill up with only sand, sand contain water, it's easy to become dusty, not good for human body.

2.We suggest fill it up with coarse grain and waste cloth, bed sheet, cotton,etc.

3.Put the filling at the bottom of the punch bag(red part), and fill with about 5kg or 2.5kg dry sand.

4.Middle black part can contain 5kg or 2.5kg sand with plastic bag, use plastic bag to avoid sand sinking.

5.Please do not fill the red part with only sand.

6.Fill up to 50-60cm about 12.5-17.5kg weight, fill up to 70-80cm about 17.5-20kg weight, fill up to 90-100cm about 20-22.5kg weightnd other soft materials.
