Note:
1. Head restraints should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope, the inside spacing of u-shaped ring is larger than a steel wire rope diameter (1~3mm), distance too large do not clamp the rope.
2. When in use, make U-bolts tightened, until the rope was compressed about 1/3. Because the steel rope will deform after forced, rope cappel need a second tightened to ensure the joint is reliable. To check whether rope cappel slides when the wire rope under stress, you can add an additional secure rope cappel. Security rope cappel installed around 50mm from last rope cappel, will be released at a safe rope bent and clamped with the main rope, so if the clip have sliding phenomenon, security bending will be straight, convenient for detecting and reinforcing timely.
